missed beats again

i feel missed beats more when im supposed to be relaxed and am always checking my pulse. how many others have this?

I have them everyday mostly at night. I don't have to check my pulse because I can hear my heartbeat and feel them in my chest.. but the one thing I know is that I have had them for at least 30 years..Im still around for now.I suppose.. Michael

I'm one of the checkers as well. As you say I feel them mostly when I am relaxed such as lying in bed. But I try to ignore them so I don't feel them as many as before.

I am trying not to check as I get so anxious if I feel one. This makes more happen for me.

i used to be checking all the time but iv stopped doing it now. I gradually reduced the amount of times i did it and if i find myself doing it now i slap my hand really hard

i tend to check quite a bit when im walking around and i have notice missed beats then but all that does is raise the anxieties.
