burning feeling in chest

I get a burning hot feeling in my chest - it feels ice cold/hot at the same time, if you know what I mean. It spreads pulses of anxiety through my back and down my arms. Does anyone else relate to this? My chest feels exhausted by this and it's exhausting even to breathe.

hi heeby, just more anxiety sumtoms, I get realy brethless and chest arm and bad back pains. I do smoke and know this dont help, but never be amazed on how many symtoms you can get with anxiety. hope you feel better soon. Vernon
