pressure in head?!

Hi all,
The last 2 days have been abit of a nightmare, im having some really difficult personal issues, so its safe to say im very stressed, anxious, and tired due to hardley no sleep at all.
I have so much pressure in my head today, it feels so heavy and the pressure makes it feel so full up inside my head, it also makes me feel slighty off balance. I have this alot and its always on my mind, but today i just cant stop thinking what it all is???
Im sorry to go on im just in abit of a state with my problems and my head!! Anyone relate to this head feeling?

hi lack of sleep will cause pressure in head ,,and light headed,your body needs sleep,, bet you cant concentrate either , my advice try to have a lay down and try to relax you will feel better, if it dosent go after sleep you might have chat with gp ,hope this helps

in the past doc has told me its all due to tension, but if it continues i will go back and have another chat. Thank you again for relying. xxx
