blood clot fears

Hi all, i am nearly 8 weeks pregnant & have the worst morning sickness really struggling to function as well as looking after my 11 month old. Any hoo i have spent the past week lying around feeling sorry for myself & i have started to worry about blood clots because im not vey mobile. I know the signs but im really worried that im going to get one & die x

Sorry to hear you are not feeling too good, nothing worse than morning sickness and with a young baby already you must be exausted.

I'm sure you don't sit around long enough to develop blood clots so please try to put this to the back of your mind and try to relax a bit more.

There are many many people who can't move at all and they are ok aren't they, so don't focus on this one thing and get yourself in a state, thats the last thing you need.

Your hormones are already all over the place sending you no doubt into overdrive, so try and forget about this latest worry and look after yourself, you'll be fine i'm sure.
