Does anyone elso have contstant rumbles in the stomach and diarrhea? This is driving me mad and I am so worried about it

Could be Ibs ..Is the rumbling worse or better after food ? You may find an antispasmodic helpful .But its better to get a proper daignosis from your Dr first .Lots of us have IBS ,it is very common with people who suffer from anxiety ..Get checked out by your dr ..Sue x

I suffer friom this Im afraid. The basic and fresher my diet the better for me. Things with gluten in them, cream, pastries, processed foods, greasy food etc all cause mine. Think I suffer irritable bowel syndrome and an intolerance to wheat,coeliacs disease n IBS both run in my family. Does it in yours?Could try varying your diet. Cut out 1 thing at a time and see what affects you. Stress can cause it too. I would see the doc if I it carries on. Drinks lots of water too to keep you hydrated.

This is a KEY symptom of anxiety chicky. Because when you worrie, you shake your poor tummy around, and then you get it..
Its normal if you think about it.
The best thing to do, is try not to think about going to the loo, and do something fun that you enjoy, and that will take your mind away from it,
