Hi all
I just thought I would share this with you guys. It is from the book The Anxiety Cure that my bestest bud Andrea sent me (thnx hun)!
I wrote it out and put it on my fridge so I will see it alot (haha)

Worry doesn't help the birds get their food nor does it help lilies grow. And worrying about tomorrow is about as useless as trying to increase your height just by thinking about it. There are plenty of things to be concerned about right now, and worrying about tomorrow will not keep tomorrow's evils away.
