lower back pain with ibs

hi does any ibs sufferers get lower back pain with their ibs mine is very low and into my buttocks sometimes it dull sometimes sharp it seems to spread right across my lower back from hip to hip anyone else suffer from this .

yes yes yes thats me i/ve got it to day lower back hips and groin, but i am pros that its caused buy my ha, its getting better but when you think u got it beat it comes back, its not as bad as it was 3 yrs ago i did read somewear on a web site, that this man said he had the same back,hips and groin pain and his was caused buy anxiety take care steve
