No, it's very unlikely that anything would have changed. But why do you ask? Have you got any new symptoms? I really wouldn't worry unless you have.

I get that too sometimes and it could be meds or just your anxiety playing up.
Don't worry - it really doesn't sound like anything serious. If there was something wrong it would have shown up on the MRI so just try to put it behind you and move on now.
You'll be fine.
