hi does anyone suffer with anal sphincture pain as a symptom of there anxiety been to docs who said my anal muscle is tight because i have tension in it it feels like i have something up there but doc says its nothing but tension that is making the anal sphincture spasm its sometimes a burning pain anyone else have this

I get a pain up my back passage, like a stabbing pain? like I have a huge ball of wind up there or something, and it really hurts.

Could be an anal fissure.
