NEEDLE PHOBIC - need blood tests

Well done!
I had a needle phobia for years and years, and had to overcome it when I waas pregnant with our first child.
I had hypnotherpay, which worked brilliantly and now I'm not bothered in the slightest about having blood tests.

I am yet to have an injection - I will admit, the idea of something being put IN to me, is worse than the dea of having something taken OUT (ie blood tests), but I know I'll do it when I need to.

That reminds me of a blood test I had once when I didn't feel anything until the nurse took the needle out, and I was left with a bruise and pain in my arm for the rest of the day.

My girlfriend remarked "going in is always sweeter than coming out".

Thats great chickpea!! Sounds like you have overcome your phobia well. Do you think you could tell me a bit about the hypnotherapy? Ive never had it done and am interested in it - especially since it helped you so much!!
