    Hi Zoss

It is certainly normal to feel extra sensitive and anxious around that time.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

    hi zoss,
i also feel at my worst when its the time of the month. i also woke up with a panic attack last nite, its a real horrible feeling. i too am dreading going to sleep tonite but i think the best we can do is distract ourself and try not to think about it. positive thinking and all that. trust me your not alone....alot of people here have suffered the same thing.
    hope you feel better soon.

    take care,

    Hello....

I too get most of the troubles at night time... i think when you're lying in bed ready to sleep your mind is full of thoughts. that tends to be my problem. Haven't noticed the time of month thing though, but that is interesting, and i think i may have to look into that. I just have been trying to read before bed time and sometimes a bath helps. Someone mentioned to me meditation is good and also yoga. it may be worth a go! I do hope you sleep well.....i love my bed and it's not fair to dread it!
