Burning Pain/Discomfort in Jaws

Hs anyone had this?

It feels like my jaws are burning and really painful.

I don't have chest pain etc, but I'm worried.

I don't get the burning but when i'm really panicky and anxious my jaws go really stiff and painful.
It also happens to my legs and back too.

If I thought it came about from grinding/TMJ that would be fine but I have heard it's a symptom of heart attack also.

Don't worry about it being a symptom of a heart-attack. From what I hear around prettymuch everything can be a symptom of anything! I'm sure that if you were having a heart attack you wouldn't be able to worry and think so much into it, you would prettymuch be just focused on pain pain pain pain.

And just to reassure you, I get burning and stiffness in my jaw alllll the time! Because I constantly clench/tense my jaw without realising. EVen when I think my jaw is normal it's tense. My body is just so used to it that it tenses naturally now instead of keeping my jaw relaxed. It also tenses my neck and throat too and gives me pains in my face. Blagh, so irritating!
