Head pressure

Since yesterday I have been having a pressure feeling inside my whole head & face & I feel quite dizzy, the dizziness is a normal thing for me with my anxiety but it had started to settle down a little bit but has flared up again since yesterday. Also got pain in my jaw & my face feels kind of weird, don't know how else to describe it other than if you use a really harsh soap on your face & it feels all dry & tight.

Common sense tells me it is most likely my sinuses or something on those lines but I can't help but think it could be something a little more, so fed up with my brain working over time all the time

if your vert worried i suggest you have a word with the docter,, it does sound like sinus pain

As Aimeekid says this sounds to me like a classic tension headache, maybe caused by you clenching your jaw? That would explain the pain around your jaw and face. It could also have been a mini-migraine. Again, the symptoms seem to match.
