    Citalapram

Has anyone suffered from stingy and very sensitive eyes on a higher dosage of Citalapram. Mine are reacting to everything; light, warm air, smells etc etc.

The doctor has toldme it's dry eyes. Given me drops and cream but they are not helping.

If anyone has suffered from this when taking SSRI's would you please let me know.

    Thanks
    Love to all

    Hi Yvonne,

My eyes are very sensitive anyway, and I am on citalopram at the moment, and not suffering any adverse effects in this area-- however, it is a very low dose. I did have problems with my eyes on Prozac though, but it only lasted for a few weeks after the dose was increased, and I just used regular eye drops from Boots until this passed.

Sorry if this isn't any use to you!
