I am 21 nearly to be 22 and I feel very isolated because I am unable to do all things I used to love due to my anxiety and panic attacks.
Anyone in this area???

Hey You

Im a 21 year guy from oprington which is pretty close to croydon. Ive been experinencing anxiety on and off over the past 3 years which Ive managed to keep under control and below the surface. Very recently my anxiety has returned after experiencing a traumatic event. This is my first time on an anxiety forum and actually realizing its an issue

Yes I am local to Croydon. I'm also 21 nearly 22! I don't know that many people round here even though I've lived here a long time.
