Does this sound anything like globus hystericus? i keep feeling like i cant breath properly and down inside my neck at the bottom feels raw like i have been eating strong mints.Its there all the time.It doesnt feel like there is something stuck or a lump like what people describe so i wonder what it is? My doc has listened to my chest and checked my oxygen levels and they are ok.

I think...your breathing too much. Sounds wierd, but if you think about breathing, you might start to feel a bit breathless because you are breathing consciously...can't explain. Also, I get the minty feel in strong winds. So this might be strong breathing! Sorry I'm bad at explaining.

I think I had this once, after taking too many DEEP breaths.. its almost acidic/ minty freshhh??
