Psychiatrist home visit today 15:30 HELP needed

Hi all. I have PTSD comorbidity with severe depression. Things are really hard right now and I can't stop crying and thinking of suicide.

Am I crossing the line asking her for admission to a hospital for a few days so I can get clear my head with help from staff?

I just can't think straight in this house with all my family and can't sleep either because of my PTSD. :(
