tenderness when breathing
hi guys
can anyone tell me if they get like a tenderness felling around the chest area when breathing kind of hard to explain its like my breathing is very sensitive and my hart rates a bit fast i feel i have to relax for ages to get back to feeling OK also just had a migraine so don't know if i panic with the symptoms of that its a pain because i feel like i have to stop in most of the time or rush back home to check my blood pressure or do my deep breathing with these symptoms to feel OK if i have no body symptoms then im OK
