i am on my 4th day of taking fluoxetine and i was taking it on an evening in case i got awful side effects so i could sleep them off but i could not get to sleep last night and want to change to taking them in a morning, but how do i do it? do i miss tonights dose and wait til tomorrow? do i bite the bullet and take one now? do i take the next one a couple of hours earlier and do it gradually over the next few days??? HELP!

I think your best bet is to skip tonight's dose and take it first thing tomorrow morning.
Also by missing a dose tonight you'll see whether it's been affecting your sleep, which is very likely. Apart from citalopram I think these meds should be taken in the morning personally.
