Tingling

Hi for the last 2 days I have been getting a tingling/burning sensation in my left arm, my lips & side of my face. Does anyone else get this?

Yes this is common

It can be helped with correct breathing. It is because you are not getting enough oxygen to the limbs so they tingle. You could be over breathing.

Oh yes, I get/got this too. All down the left side of my face and also on the top of my head. I convinved myself I had shingles, MS and various other things.

I get it more when I'm stressed and anxious, and it's a very common symptom. It will and can go away.

Be strong, and accept the symptom, it will subside.

I have this tingling too, it is really worrying to me because it fits right in with what I always worry that I have. Its in my hands and feet

i had this recently and it lasted for over 24 hours I convinced myself I was going to have a stroke which in turn set of panic attacks .... I went to my doctor and he confirmed its all due to stress and anx. Your not alone , its not a nice feeling.
