Month 3, feeling better but suddenly so tired

Hi All,

I hate to complain, because Citalopram(20mg) really is working for me, I havent had an anxiety attack in a month and I feel like myself again - my therapist has even discharged me!

But for last fortnight since I was on holiday I have been unable to get up in the morning. I feel I need 10 hours sleep a night.

I take my pill in the morning so this tiredness would be when I have the LEAST amount of cit in my bloodstream.

I want to discuss with doc but she's on holiday. Any ideas? should i try taking it a different time?

I've not been on Cit long so not sure if this is relevant, but when I first started taking them they interfered with my sleep, so moved to taking them on a morning. After a couple of weeks I started to feel tired on a morning, so ended up going back to taking them on a night and then slept fine and didn't have the issue with tiredness on a morning anymore.
