Stabbing pain coming from inside my head and behind my left eye

I feel so panicky.

The pain started when I went to bed and has just woke me up again. It feels like its coming from my brain! Its on the left side on top and radiates downwards to meet a stabbing pain coming from behind my left eye.

I feel like the whole left side of my face hurts when the pain comes on.

I keep thinking its an anuerysm or a brain tumour as there feels like theres pressure behind my eye.

Can anyone help? I can't relax at all.
