Tight Tension in eyes and neck

Can anyone relate to these symptoms.

feeling of a tight band being around your neck and a stiffness in your eyes like a tension feeling this worried me that it isnt anxiety related i usually get it worse when i wake up because either5 have ive laid all night or because the muscles have been relaxed this really scared me just wanting to see if anyone else can relate to it

sorry last bit didnt make sense i ment it is worse when i wake up due to maybe how i laid down or how many pillows i used
