Its down to the individual, I don't drink at all now, even before I started on Cit, I found that drinking any more than a glass of wine or a couple of bottles of beer made my anxiety a lot worse the following day or 2.
Now I barely drink, a glass of wine is about enough and I'm ok with that.
I don;t think I will ever go back to binge drinking, I spent enough of my late teens/early 20's doing that. I'm happy waking up without hangovers now.
