Fall asleep on a washing line just lately

I have been on cit-20mg fror coming up to 7 months I think it is now. Still I am experiencing phases wher I just fall asleep- its the suddeness of it if I am on my laptop I just get blurry eyed and my eyes want to close I am a bit dizzy too tell me its just the side effects as I havent had and recurrences for a while and its scarey. . It is similar to an anaesthetic so strange. has anyone else had this happen to them - I honestly thought I would have finished with this as I did experience it first off when I started citalopram.

Just seen this Jean ,,I still get days like this and it is the side effects .I find if I dont get enough sleep and have been feeling stressed it happens .Usually when I take some time to relax properly and de-stress myself and have a couple of early nights I feel better .Eat plenty of iron rich foods too ,it can help .Also probiotic yoghurts . t/c Sue x

Hi Sue.
Thats quite interesting re the iron rich foods - I will give it a try - I do the probiotic yogourts already but will concentrate on this.
