I am in big fear! Pls write i am in worry!

Hello i am in fear without any reason.
Now i am sitting in my room and i have strange feeling beside my back and i am in fear. I don't have ideas that somebody is in room or something,i know i don't have reason for be in fear but i am afraid.
I am walking down the street,i am in fear but i don't know why. i don;t have irrational thoughts as somebody follows me or something,just i am in fear. I can't sit relax because of fear. As i am in fear from myself.
I am diagnosed with anxiety and is this product of it or something other?
Pls write any experience This fear is generaaly increase when the sun goes down. I don't take any medications,i am trying with meditation,but without resullt. Can this be a sign of any psyhosic pls write i am in worry!

Hi Greygirl,
It sounds like anxiety to me, the mind racing with silly thoughts and we cannot relax.
Maybe try and do some breathing exercises, in though your nose for 7 seconds and out though your mouth for 11 seconds.
counting while you do this keeps your mind from wondering.

Its just anxiety love. Ive had this, plus many other indescribable feelings. Its horrible x x x
