    Which Claire Weekes Book?

    Hey Y'all....looking to purchase a new book to help with my overwhelming HA! Which one do I need. There are so many out there by Claire Weekes..Also, anyone ever read It's Not All in Your Head: How Worrying about Your Health Could Be Making You Sick--and What You Can Do about It by Gordon J. G. Asmundson PhD and Steven Taylor Phd
