Does anyone else find that playing games on this site helps them relax?

I was just wondering if anyone found any of the games on this website in particular to help relax them or take their mind off things. Personally I find Bubble Shooter to be quite serene and calming .When I am scared and anxious I go on it.

Games help me at times. If the anxiety is intense, I don't concentrate on the game that well. I like Bubble Shooter too. Maybe it is the shoot and eliminate. Something I would like to do to my anxiety. lol

I am hoping that the games will help me to take my mind off of thngs but am told I need to have 5 forum posts before I can play

I've been a member here for a couple of months now but only visit when I am terribly struggling (and have only posted once before but private messages since). Today, I have made a bit of a deal to come here more often, to maybe not feel so alone.

I'm looking forward to being able to play the games!

hey ms nice, its a great site it has helped me so much and im newish too! once i started posting, it gets so much easier and a massive help to me.
the games are a fab way of distracting my mind! only last night i was shaking like a leaf for about two hours feeling dizzy, i went on bubble shooter and i didnt even realise until about an hour later that i had stopped shaking brilliant distractions x take care all

Yes, I love playing games online.

My personal favourites are word and general knowledge games as they help me focus and distract me from the anxiety/panic.

I find playing games keeps me occuppied, gives me something other than self harming. and much more enjoyable.

I find them such a help, when I am feeling anxious (like right now) the games really help to take my mind off of what is making me anxious. Had a bit of a panic but I am now going to play some games and just try and not think about it :-)
