Heart Rate

I been curious for a while now, my heart rate i think in general is usually quite slow its about 58-62 beats a minute, is this normal?

To be honest Im not really sure...have you spoken to your doctor about it??

Not only does it sound normal, it sounds as if you're really healthy! Normal for most people is 72 bpm - a colleague of mine who had your heart-rate was told he had a superb cardio-vascular system for a bloke in his fifties.
You've nothing to worry about, I would think (although I'm not a doctor).
