suggested Taking 5mg Of Amitryptiline
At the beginning of the week I started to feel a resurgance of anxiety after taking my evening dose of Amitryptine.
I only take 10 mg . This was prescribed initially to relax my muscles as I was so tense and the back started hurting and I couldnt sleep .
Anyway, After futlie attempts of cutting a little tablet in half with disastrous results!! I have taken two nights to realise this was not good. !. DID NOT REALLY SLEEP AT ALL/HEART RACING AGAIN.
2. FOUND AN INCREASE IN MY ANXIETY
3. FELT AS IF I WAS BACK AT SQUARE ONE IN MY RECOVERY.
I have been on these for three months now so why am I getting this at this stage . Have they done their work now or do I need a higher dose I dont know . I also take 2omg Citalopram in the mornings also.
