Has anyone ever had this?

Hi. For the past couple of days i've been getting an odd twinge in my chest. It then leads to panic and my left arm begins to go all tight. I've been a bit stressed the past week and im worried i may have a heart attack. The arm thing im putting down to driving and obviously im changing gears with my left hand. Has anyone had things like this before? Im scared. Im only 18. Thanks x

I remember you postin here a while back bout your left arm goin tight, I think its a symptom of your panic by the sounds of it! The twinge in your chest sounds very muscular to me, you just notice it more cuz you're anxious then you panic an when you panic your left arm goes tight, mine does too. x

It also sounds as though you're getting very tense while you're driving. I had this when I first passed my driving test - I used to grip the wheel so tightly that I sent both my thumbs numb!
