    recommend me a book?

    I've got an Amazon voucher so thought i'd use it to buy a self help book for anxiety -anything you would recommend? there seem to be so many just so confused!

    Dr Claire Weekes - self help for your nerves. One of the best sellers on this subject x

    Paul Mckenna - His books plus cd included are so good, in my opinion, other than that then Claire Weeks.

    Paul McKenna is one of the best. I would highly recommend his work - although that's not to say he's a miracle worker lol
