    S.A.D - surprisingly reassuring.

I don't know about other people, but my anxiety always flares up at this time of the year, and a lot of it is SAD based. I think it is comforting that a lot of the symptoms of anxiety will come with SAD, so you don't start thinking 'oh no, why is it happening again'.

A few symptoms of SAD are

    Depression
    Sleep problems
    Lethargy
    Loss of concentration
    Anxiety
    Mood changes
    Aggression
    Feeling low, down, knackered

These are the months that SAD kicks in so don't give yourselves such a hard time if you are having these symptoms, don't try to stress your head in figuring it out. If you are feeling more anxious than usual, this could be why.

    Thanks for reading.

I know I've definitely noticed myself getting more anxious recently, as happened last year. I'm sure it's the weather and the dark mornings and nights... roll on Spring!
