Hi new here posted on Panic Attacks earlier, didn't think to introduce myself - just glad i found a site like this with similar people like me. Just glad to know i'm not going mad!! I'm in Worcester, married, kids grown up but the panics come and go. Anyway just thought i should say hi to you all.
