i am not getting out due to panic attacks and my mood is really low i was getting out a short time but not right now i have had these episodes on and off for years i am agoraphobic now

Hi. What sort of treatment and therapuetic techniques do you implement?

Have you ever read the book "Simple Effective Treatment of Agoraphobia" by Claire Weekes? I have read a couple of her other books, and she is known for her warm personal styled approach.

I have ssri medication and try breathing techniqes also try to get to getting out baby steps
