Week 5

Well its nearly the end of week 5 for me.

Merry Christmas! Sorry its late.

My christmas was suprisingly ok, had my down moments on xmas day where my mum was overly nice, which made me feel weird as I can't bare it when she hugs me. Its so over the top, maybe shes feeling guilty for the ways shes treated me all these years!
She also kept asking me if I was ok, so not sure If my brother mentioned to her that I was on A/d's, I dnt want her sympathy anyways as shes my problem.

Overall feeling positive, and hope my cbt comes in soon to help me deal with my issues with my mother better.

I am glad you have a decent Christmas. Mine wasn't too bad at all, not going to lie though, quite glad its over and the pressure is off. xx
