It's so nice to know I'm not alone in this!
I've suffered upper back pain for almost 2 years now after a bad car accident I had (flipped the car going way too fast). I've had physio and NSAIDs or whatever they're called but nothing helps. It's not as bad as it used to be, but it comes and goes, my doctor says I have a trapped nerve which makes it tingle. It's partly to do with poor posture also, but it's because of the accident it started. I'm just learning to live with it
Glad a few of you have mentioned it going towards your chest, I've had this a few times and it scares the c**p out of me!!
I think it's just one of them things doctors can't do much about, pahh
