Have just come back from the doctor's with a prescription for Propranolol.
Has anyone else taken this and does it work for you??
Of course I'm scared to take medication because I'm scared of side effects and then usually imagine I have every side effect imaginable. In fact I'm scared of everything!!
My anxiety is really bad at the moment the physical symptoms are really taking over my life, I'm even scared to leave the house in case something bad happens. I don't know what will happen just have this constant feeling that everything bad is going to happen
I know its really silly and keep telling myself!
I should take these tablets and give them ago but again I'm scared
