Heart beating hard, not fast!

Hi there

Haven't posted about the anxiety for quite some time, 'cause it's been mainly depression for a while, but..........................

I have had this on n off for a couple of years where my heart beats hard, like my body moves with it and can even see beat in the neck but it's not beating fast! Then I will get sometimes where the heart rate is high but even hard to find the pulse!! It's very strange, anyone get this?

Yea I get a really hard heartbeat but normal pace and really fast but can hardly feel it at all aswell. I don't know whether it's anxiety or perfectly normal though to be honest!

Just thought I'd let you know you're not alone with these feelings. x

Thanks for replying PokerFace n letting me know I'm not alone. I personally don't think it's anxiety but as I've had it for a while now I doubt it's anything major (famous last words!)

I get those quite frequently, I got diagnosed, turned out nothing. Sometimes I think it's our consciousness, and not the heart.
