How to stop constant head worries?

Any suggestions on how to stop constant head worries. like i was blow drying my hair and i tugged on it to hard lol and that worried me which is stupid. I hate being like this lol.

Emma hun, you really do need to go and see your doc. and tell them all these worries you have - write them down - show them your posts on here - let them help you to see that it is down to anxiety and ask them for some CBT to help you overcome this constant looking for something else to be wrong.

You will be fine - you are just overly anxious about every little twinge and tick in your body and it must be exhausting for you.

thanks, ive been to my doc who is having me referred for counselling. what is CBT? i have gone through my fears with him but i still fear stuff. :\
