    You taking SSRIs again Panic?

Never tried it to be honest but heard that it can cause interactions with SSRIs.

No m8, I'm going to see GP morn see what he thinks - I've been Ok all day tho. I've got a cupboard full of herbals I bought the last time I had anxiety - just wondering if I should try but if I do and doc gives SSRIs..

OK, see what dockie says then, but from what I remember, SSRIs don't mix well with valerian - apparently causes excessive tiredness and all that malarkey...

Good luck matey - hope you sort it out.
