Rhodiola anyone? or suggestions

Hi All

Following an awful Panic and Anxiety filled weekend I have made a visit to my health shop and come away with some Rhodiola??? Any experiences please? I am afraid of meds because of my side effects and am desperate to try anything without side effects to help me, Any suggestions would be apprecaited
