lump in stomach?

hello. i am new here and suffer from health anxiety. it became worse after the birth of my son.

i am very skinny, and can feel lumps and bumps everywhere...lymph nodes? anyway, when i really press on my stomach on the left side, i feel this long log-like thing going along my hip bone. but i don't feel it on the right side? is it muscle? poop? colon? help!!

this bugs me all day...because i cannnot feel it on the right side i freak out. :(
