Does anyone else start getting anxious when there no even thinkinng about anthing and i keep getting palpatations but ive been homeless since 31 october and sleeping on a freinds floor and im not sleeping soundly but the GP has said that there is nothing wrong with my heart im just a few stone over weight and my cholesterol is 5.4 am i worring unesaserally

I think not getting even proper sleep is causing you anxiety as well as being in the situation you are in x
