does anybody get a feeling of being bloated at the top of their stomock and feel like they get out of breath when they talk. and feel as though they have to keep sighing.

i have noticed at the moment on here so many people have breathing problems ,,

Sounds like general symptoms of fatigue really.

thanks for replies. I am a bit stressed at the moment so it could be that im breathing incorrectly. just worried me that it only seems to happens when im talking. (maybe im taking too much lol).
