new to nmp but not to meds and anxiety and depression
hi im new to nmp,
an have found reading advice and peoples questions really helpful, and a relief that im not crazy ! i have been on citopram for two years now and now trying for the 2nd time very slowy reduce and hopefully come of it all together now down from 40mg to 30mg and my aim is to get to 25mg or 20mg in the next few months ,
but im taking my time so to reduce the side effects head whosshing was diffently experience!
im not working , but not for lack of trying to find wrk, though sometimes will stay at home for wks and time not venturing out as i like my safe place but when i have company i enjoy it to, my friend s are all in realtionships , and some now live in other countries so my social life has taken a nose dive, an i feel very lonely, but since decreasing my meds i dont have that sedated feeling so much of moods tend not to be as flat im doing my best to stay positve , motavation is the key , which i seem better in the evenings , but dreadful in the mornings its a long journey and some times i want to give up , but i give my self a telling of and and to motor on!
