I am a 40 yr old long time sufferer of HA. I am not taking meds. For months I have been having recurring pain in my elbows, hands and feet joints. I have also been having very cold hand or hands and feet. My muscle twitches have been very strong and frequent lately. I am also crampy and achy all over. I have had routine blood work twice in the last 4 months and I am very worried about this. I have not felt too worried in general lately but this is really freaking me out. I fear all sorts of neuro or tumors. Does anyone else get these symptoms? Please help.
