I have been on 30 mg of Prozac for about 4 weeks. I am not liking the side effects at all. Feel dizzy, spacy and not like I am in this world. So I have decided to wean my self off prozac and try to deal with my panic attacks/anxiety naturally.
I have been on 20 mg of prozac for 2 days and some of the symptoms are subsiding.Thank goodness.
I have also started some supplements to help with the transition.
I started taking the following 3 days ago:
Mega B Stress which has the following and a serving size of 3 tablets:
1000 mg vit C
100 mg Thiamine
100 mg riboflavin
100 mg niacin
100 mg vit b6
400 mcg of folic acid
250 mcg of vit b12
100 mcg of biotin
100 mg of pantothenic acid
100 mg of choline bitartrate
100 mg of inositol
100 mg bioflavenoid concentrate
100 mg Paba
1000 mg of Omega 3 a serving size of 1 tablet
Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc a serving size of 4 tablets:
1000 mg of calcium
500 mg of magnesium
25 mg of zinc
100 mg of Glutamic Acid HCI
Tomorrow I add:
Vitamin D3 5000IU a serving size of 1 tablet
Is there anything else that I could add without causing an overdose affect?
