Feel like in dying!

Ok, so what is going on. For the last two days I have felt terrible I am shakey, have an achey left leg, feel weak all over, dizzy and generally not right. I am so scared as I have been doing really well of late. I actually feel like im dying or have a blood clot or something else. I am on my 5th month of sertraline. These symptoms have lasted all day. If it is anxiety why does it make you feel so ill, please help x

sorry to hear your feeling so bad ,anxiety can make you feel ill even if your not ,i suggest maybe have word with doctor to check,,its not a virus you have contacted
