internal tremors

I get this a lot. Throughout my body. It is not visible. Has anyone had any experience of this and was cause anxiety? Can it be hormone related?? thanks.

I get this alot mainly when I get in bed I put it down to anxiety. It's as though I'm really scared or nervous even though I'm not. My dr says it's a side effect of the meds I'm on which are sertraline 50mg but I'm not so sure. Hope u get better soon anyway

Hi I get this also and it frightens me. Even though i know it is likely a side effect of anxiety - it does not help when it happens. I am not on any medication so it is not a side effect of medication for me!

Hi Folks

I've had this for two months and was partly the reason I was put on meds. I think for me it is a symptom of my anxiety however is horrible. Try not to think about it all the time and it does become easier to cope with. Andrew
